When I look back at our team’s journey and what was accomplished I have to pinch myself – an Olympic silver medal! Our journey was not just those two incredible weeks in Vancouver, but four amazing years with my teammates plus decades for each of us dreaming about winning something significant in our favorite sport. Serious athletes understand how hard it is just to have an opportunity to compete, but to be called an Olympian. This is special. We were 2nd in the world by only a millimeter.
